摘要
医疗设备由于其复杂的系统而产生复杂的辐射电磁干扰(EMI)噪声,加之医疗器械行业所发布的电磁兼容标准YY0505-2012使得医疗器械需要迫切解决电磁兼容(EMC)问题。为了解决此问题,文中基于理论与前期工作,提出建立分别由芯片晶振时钟信号与PCB板软线路板引起的两种辐射EMI噪声模型,并提出对应的抑制噪声策略。最后,将建立的模型与噪声抑制方法对医疗尿流量检测仪、医疗垃圾粉碎机等进行分析与辐射结果验证。结果表明,其均能通过YY0505-2012标准测试,从而说明了本方法的有效性。
Medical equipment due to its complex system and produce complex radiation electromagnetic interference (EMI)noise, coupled with the electromagnetic compatibility standard YY0505-2012 issued by the medical device industry make medical equipment need to urgently solve the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)problem. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes two kinds of ra- diation EMI noise models ,which are caused by the chip crystal clock signal and PCB board soft circuit board, and put forward the corre- sponding noise suppression strategy based on the theory and the preliminary work. Finally, the model and noise suppression method are used to analyze the medical urine flow detector and medical garbage crusher, and the radiation results are verified. The results show that all of them can be tested by YY0505-2012 standard,which shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.
