摘要
为了构成了一套精确定位的物料自动分拣装置的控制系统,以西门子S7-200系列PLC和西门子MM420系列变频器为例,提出了使用PLC主机单元利用USS协议与变频器通讯,从而控制电动机的运行,实现自动分拣控制的方案。经实践运行测试,该系统具有定位精确、运行可靠、实用性强的特点,使用效果良好。
In order to form a set of precise positioning of materials automatic sorting device control system, with Siemens S7-200 series PLC and series of Siemens MM420 inverter as an example, put forward using the PLC host unit using USS protocol commune with inverter and to control the operation of the motor, to realize automatic sorting control scheme. It has been proved by practicing that the system has high efficiency, reliable operation, strong practicability and great application value.
