摘要
传统的电气工程设备故障自动诊断系统存在诊断精准度低、耗费时间长、诊断效果差等问题,不能满足现代电气工程设备故障自动诊断的高效性要求,设计了基于PLC的大型电气工程设备故障自动诊断系统。利用PLC逻辑控制器功能对未完成的设备故障诊断位置进行故障原因识别,并通过界面确定故障位置,由此得出系统硬件结构框图,而位置传感器开关出现故障时,会影响传感器对故障位置的信号传输,由此设计了位置开关故障检测框图;针对故障自动诊断程序设计采用分层结构,并利用PLC软件资源对故障点进行设计,分别对记录故障点、物理参量转变为数值参量、通过串行通信进行显示进行了分析。通过对故障诊断时间与精准度、诊断效果进行的实验,得出结论。利用PLC设计的大型电气工程设备故障自动诊断系统具有精准度高、时间短、诊断效果良好等优势,具有较高的实用性。
Traditional automatic electrical engineering equipment fault diagnosis system of the low diagnostic accuracy, long time con- suming, bad diagnosis effect problem, cannot satisfy the modem electrical engineering equipment automatic fault diagnosis efficiency re- quirements,therefore, design a large electrical engineering equipment based on PLC automatic fault diagnosis system. Logic controller based on PLC function position of unfinished equipment fault diagnosis for the cause of the problem identification, and through the interface to determine fault location, thus the system hardware structure diagram, and position sensor switch failure, will affect the sensor signal transmission of fault location, has led to a position switch fault detection design block diagram; For automatic fault diagnosis program design adopts hierarchical structure, and use the PLC software resources to design of fault point, respectively, to record the fault point, into numerical parameters, physical parameters display by serial communication is analyzed. Through the experiment of the time and precision of the fault diagnosis and the diagnosis effect, the conclusion is drawn. The fault automatic diagnosis system of large electrical engineering equipment designed by PLC has the advantages of high precision, short time and good diagnosis,which has high practicability.
