摘要 社会公共服务平台的建设有助于协助电力用户的用电管理,摆脱守旧的服务模式相电力服务模式发展,利用公共平台达成跨系统用户管理、用户交互、信息共享以及用电计划部署等的综合性用电管理,选取用户智能化管理及服务平台主旨是优化调度电力企业的各项资源,形成智能化用电的服务意识,用户智能用电管理及服务平台的建设是未来用电领域的发展趋势。本课题首先介绍当下智能用电机制下的用户用能管理的现状,指出其不足之处,基础概括智能用电系统的基础框架、元件结构、软件框架等,而后从软件可靠性以及信息安全两大视角概述了维护该平台安全、可靠的战略方案,主旨是为更好地实现社会用电安全以及经济用电的两大性能。安全可靠的用电服务是确保社会一切正常运转的基础。 To help the user power construction of social public service platform for power management, development from old-fashioned service mode phase power service mode, a comprehensive cross system user management, user interaction, information sharing and electricity plan deployment using public platform for power management, user selection of intelligent management and service platform keynote is the resource optimization scheduling of electric power enterprises, the formation of intelligent electricity service consciousness, users with intelligent construction management and service platform is the future development trend of electric field. This paper first introduces the current intelligent motor system users can manage the status quo, pointing out its shortcomings, summarizes the power system framework, component structure, software framework for software reliability and intelligence, then from the two perspectives of information security strategy outlines the maintenance of the platform is safe and reliable. The purpose is in order to better achieve social performance with two electric power safety and economy. Safe and reliable electricity service is the foundation to ensure the normal operation of the whole society.
