摘要
为了更好的利用LNG给国民生活带来的便利,以重庆市垫江县城市管网供气工程为例,对LNG装置进行工艺、橇装化运输设计。采用Aspen HYSYS软件模拟计算;MRC混合制冷;橇装化运输设计等措施。得出采用橇装化建造模式,可以与现场基础同时进行施工,或者提前开始建造;国内公路运输情况下,装置装车后长宽高应控制在15m×3.5m×3.5m以内;本装置LNG回收率>90%;LNG液化率>95%;能耗成本为0.37元/m^3。
Based on the chongqing dianjiang county urban pipeline gas supply engineering, this paper project technological process and skid transportation of LNG plant. Using Aspen HYSYS software simulation;MRC mixed refrigeration;Skid transportation measures. It can come to the conclusion that skid construction mode can start with the site construction at the same time or to start building earlier. Do- mestic road transport cases,the device dimensions should be controlled within 15 m×3.5 m×3.5 m. This device LNG recovery rate〉 90% ;LNG liquefaction rate〉95% ;Energy consumption cost is O. 37 yuan/m3.
