摘要 针对国产化的核电站DCS系统研究和制造一套包含软硬件的自动化仿真测试系统,实现工厂测试过程的自动化,提升测试效率与效果,增加测试的深度和覆盖面。同时使用测试装置将一套核电站工艺系统仿真模型与DCS相连,从而达到在工厂阶段实现DCS与模型联合测试的目的,及早发现并解决DCS存在的问题,降低现场实际工程调试阶段的现场改造成本,保障项目里程碑不受延误。 This project aims at the localization of nuclear power plant DCS system research and manufacture a set of automation simulation system including hardware and software to realize the factory testing process automation, improving the test efficiency and effec- tiveness and increasing the depth and coverage of the test. With the test equipment, a set of nuclear power plant process system simulation model is connected with DCS to achieve the purpose of DCS and model joint test at the factory stage, detecting and to solve the problem of DCS in time and reducing the site reconstruction cost at the actual project commission stage, which will prevent the project milestones from delay.
