自行车运动员多训练时期心率变异性变化特点研究 被引量:2

Characteristics of heart rate variability in cyclists during multiple training periods

摘要 研究心率变异性在训练周期中的变化特点.以心脏机能水平角度了解项目特点及训练规律,作为监控依据指导训练.对15名大连市陆上运动学校自行车队青少年男性运动员进行10个月的心率变异性跟踪测试,记录训练内容及心率变异性变化,并进行比较分析.结果表明:恢复期的SDNN、rMSSD、PNN50、LF/HF等指标表现出赛前期>冬训期>春训期,训练后的指标为冬训期>春训期>赛前期的特点.HRV与生化指标存在相同变化的趋势.在耐力项目中,SDNN、rMSSD指标可作为训练监控中指标评价疲劳及竞技状态;SDNN、rMSSD、HF指标可以作为阶段性指标;LF可作为一过性评价指标反映运动效果. To study the changes characteristics in heart rate variability during training cycle,to understand the characteristics of the project and the training rules in terms of the level of cardiac function,and to guide training as a basis for monitoring.The heart rate variability(HRV)tracking test for 15 male athletes from Dalian land school were carried out during 10 months.The training contents and heart rate variabilities were recorded and analyzed.SDNN,rMSSD,PNN50,LF/HF and other indicators of the recovery period showed the pre game periodthe winter periodspring period,after the training index for winter periodspring season pre game period.HRV and biochemical indicators have the same trend of change.SDNN,and rMSSD can be used as indicators of endurance training monitoring and fatigue evaluation of competitive state;SDNN,rMSSD,and HF can be used as the indicator of stage index;LF can be used as an evaluation index in response to exercise effect.
