生脉逐瘀汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure with Shengmai Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Western Medicine

目的:观察生脉逐瘀汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床应用效果。方法:采用回顾性方法,选取我院2015年2月~2017年3月收治的60例慢性心力衰竭的临床资料,按照治疗方法的不同,平均分为两组。对照组30例,采用西药治疗,观察组30例,采用生脉逐瘀汤联合治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:对照组治疗总有效率70.00%(21/30)明显低于观察组临床治疗总有效率的93.33%(28/30),两组数据差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生脉逐瘀汤联合西药治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床应用效果确切,具有较高的临床治疗总有效率,且能够明显缓解心力衰竭症状,值得临床治疗联合实施。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Shengmaiyuyu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods：The clinical data of 60 cases of chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 February 2015- March 2017 were selected by retrospective method. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Shengmaiyuyu decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure clinical application of the exact effect, has a high total effective clinical treatment, and can significantly alleviate the symptoms of heart failure in patients with clinical treatment worthy of joint implementation.
