生精胶囊联合维生素E治疗治疗男性不育症的疗效探讨

Efficacy Investigation of Shengjing Capssule Combined with Vitamin E on the Male Infertility

目的:探讨生精胶囊与维生素E治疗男性不育症的疗效及对患者精浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。方法:本组共收集男性不育症患者80例,随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。对照组采用口服维生素E治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加口服生精胶囊。两组均连续治疗3个月。比较两组精液质量和临床疗效。检测两组治疗前后精浆中超氧化物歧化酶SOD和MDA水平。结果:治疗后,治疗组精子计数、精子活力、正常形态精子百分比及精子活率明显高于对照组,精液液化时间明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为90%,显著高于对照组的70%(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后精浆中SOD水平明显高于对照组,MDA水平明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:生精胶囊联合维生素E治疗男性不育症的疗效显著,上调精浆中SOD水平同时降低MDA水平可能与其作用有关。

Objective：To investigate efficae of Sheng^ing capssule combined with Vitamin E on the male infertility and the influence on serum level of superoxide dismutase（SOD） and malonaldehyde（MDA）.Methods： 80 patients with male infertility were randomly divided into control group （40 cases） and treatment group （40 cases）.Cases of control group was orally treated with Vitamin E （10-100mg/time and tid）.On basis of control group,treatment group was orally treated with Shengjing capssule （4 particels/time and tid） and Vitamin E （10-100mg/time and tid）.All cases were treated for three months.Sperm quality and efficacy were compared between two groups.Seminal plasma of SOD and MDA were detected in two groups.Results：After treatment, sperm count, sperm motility, percent of normal morphology sperm, and sperm motility rate of treatment group were evidently higher, while semen liquefaction time was remarkably lower, than control group （P〈0.01）.Total efficacy rate of treatment group was 90%, which was obviously higher than thant of control group 70% （P〈0.05）. Seminal plasma of SOD of treatment group was obviously higher,while MDA was lower,than control group.after treatment （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Efficacy of Shengjing capssule combined with Vitamin E on the male infertility is obvious, and up-regulation of SOD level in serum and reduction of MDA may be relate with the role.
