摘要
目的:分析七氟醚与丙泊酚在小儿麻醉维持中对脑氧代谢的影响。方法:随机抽取本院于2015年3月~2016年5月收治的需要行手术麻醉的104例儿童患者,将其均匀分成对照组和观察组。在麻醉诱导方式完全相同的情况下,分别为对照组、观察组行丙泊酚麻醉维持、七氟醚麻醉维持。观察两组在麻醉维持手术过程中心率、脑氧代谢的变化。结果:在A_2-A_4阶段,观察组心率显著低于对照组。在A_2-A_3阶段,观察组脑动静脉血氧含量差、脑氧摄取率均低于对照组(P<0.05)观察组颈内静脉球氧饱和度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);在A_4阶段,观察组与对照组差异均无脑统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在对儿童患者行麻醉维持手术的过程中,七氟醚和丙泊酚都能产生良好的降低脑氧代谢的效果,相比之下,七氟醚的控制效果更加显著。
Objective: To analyze the effect of sevoflurane and propofol on children's cerebral oxygen metabolism during anesthesia maintenance. Methods: 104 cases of pediatric patients who underwent surgery anesthesia in our hospital in March 2015 ~2016 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group (n=two). Under the condition of the same anesthesia induction, the patients in the control group and the observation group were treated with propofol anesthesia and sevofiurane anesthesia. The changes of central rate and cerebral oxygen metabolism during anesthesia maintenance were observed in the two groups. Results: in the A2-A4 phase, the heart rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P〈0.05). In the A2-A3 phase, the two groups of patients with cerebral venous oxygen content difference, cerebral oxygen uptake rate, jugular venous oxygen saturation of the three indicators were statistically significant difference (P〈0.05). In the A4 stage, the difference between the observation group and the control group was significant (P〈0.0.5). Conclusion: Sevoflurane and propofol can produce a good effect on reducing the cerebral oxygen metabolism in children undergoing anesthesia maintenance operation.
