临床药师对临床中草药不合理使用的干预分析

Analysis the interference effect of Clinical pharmacist to irrational drug use in the prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine

目的:了解我院中草药不合理使用情况,确保临床中草药使用的安全性和有效性。方法:随机抽取我院2015年、2016年中草药处方,对用药信息进行回顾性分析,给予合理性评价,并对不合理处方进行分析。结果:2015年不合理用药率为10.05%,2016年为2.67%,经临床药师干预,不合理用药率下降,有显著差异(P<0.05);存在处方书写、诊断、标注不规范和配伍、用量、适应症不适宜等问题。结论:中草药处方不合格率较高,建议重视中草药处方点评,临床中加强临床药师的监督作用,以促进中草药的合理使用。

Objective： To investigate the situation of irrational drug use and to ensure safety and rational drug use in clinic. Methods ： The prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine were selected randomly in our hospital in 2015 and 2016. A retrospective analysis method was adopted to analyze their relevant medication information for evaluating the rationality about drug use. Results： The irrational prescriptions account for 10.05% in 2015, and 2.67% in 2016. The rate of irrational prescriptions was falling after intervention of clinical pharmacist, and there was significant difference （P〈0.05） There were some problems in the prescriptions such as unqualified writing, clinical diagnosis, annotation, and improper compatibility, dosage, indications. Conclusions： The unqualified rate of prescriptions of Chinese herbal medicine is high. The hospital should strengthen the comments on the prescriptions of Chinese herbal and the supervisory function of clinical pharmacist in clinical work, to promote the rational use of Chinese herbal medicine.
