摘要
随着细菌耐药问题越来越严重,多黏菌素作为治疗多重耐药革兰阴性菌感染的最后防线而被重新重视。然而,近来发现质粒上存在的多黏菌素耐药基因mcr-1可介导耐药性在菌株间的水平转移。mcr-1发现后,有越来越多关于mcr-1的研究和报道。本文对mcr-1的结构、全球流行情况、耐药机制、传播机制及临床意义等方面进行综述。希望通过对该基因的了解为相关科研人员和临床工作者提供理论参考,为应对日益严峻的抗菌药物耐药性提供策略。
With the more and more serious bacteria resistant problem, polymyxin is revalued as the last-resort for multi-drug resistant Gram-negative bacterial infections. However, the newly identified plasmid-borne colistin resistance gene mcr-1 could transfer resistance horizontally. There are more and more researches and reports about mcr-1 after it was found. Here, we review the latest advances in the structure, prevalence, resistance mechanism, transfer mechanism, and clinical significance of mcr-1. We aim to provide theoretical reference for researchers and clinical physicians through the understanding of the gene, and provide strategies for serious challenge of antimicrobial resistance.
