摘要
以马兰选煤厂煤岩为研究对象,进行了不规则煤岩力学特性试验。试验表明不规则煤岩强度具有离散性,且煤岩强度受煤岩粒度影响较大,随煤岩粒度减小,煤岩点载荷强度逐渐增加,且离散性逐渐升高。另外,煤岩强度具有明显的层理效应,垂直于层理面的点载荷强度明显高于平行于层理面的点载荷强度。随浸水时间增加,不规则煤岩点载荷强度先减小后趋于稳定。不规则煤岩点载荷强度随灰分增加逐渐升高,并且在高灰阶段增幅更大。
The coal rock of Malan coal preparation plant was taken as the research object, the mechanical properties of irregular coal rock were studied. The experimental study on the point load strength of irregular rock shows that the strength of coal rock is discrete and is affected by the particle size .The point load strength of Coal rock as well as its dispersion increase gradually with the decrease of the particle size.In addition, the strength of coal rock has obvious bedding effect, the point load strength in the directions of vertical to the bedding plane is significantly higher than that in the directions of parallel to the bedding plane. The point load strength of irregular coal rock decreases first and then tends to be stable with the increase of soaking time. With the increase of ash eontent, the point load strength of coal rock increases gradually and increases rapidly at high ash stage.
