摘要
针对大同矿区石炭系特厚煤层综采工作面在复杂地质构造条件下发生支架倾斜、机道煤顶冒落、移架困难的特殊情况,对特厚煤层破坏作用原理进行研究分析,采取了支架与输送机分解、扶架、漏顶区域抬棚刹顶、机道超前支护、煤壁前方穿钢针、超前注射永固S等综合技术手段,将支架调整至合理工况下,并有效地控制了煤壁前方顶煤的垮落和裂隙发育,直至将工作面推进至顶煤完整区域。避免了综采设备被压的损失,降低了开采成本,实现了在复杂的地质条件、特殊工况下的安全推进。
