巷内预充填沿空留巷数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 为减少煤层开采区段煤柱损失,结合煤矿现场的实际条件采用巷内预充填沿空留巷技术,揭示巷内预充填沿空留巷围岩力学特点,并通过数值模拟方法提出3种充填方案,对留巷巷道围岩位移及影响围岩稳定的剪切应力进行分析,得出沿空留巷最大剪切应力集中在留巷巷道上方,充填体强度不易过大,应具有一定的柔性特征等结论。最终通过3种模拟方案对比,确定了充填宽度2 m、充填强度20 MPa的充填方案。 In order to reduce the coal mine roadway by pre the coal mining coal pillar loss, combined with the actual conditions of filling technology of gob side entry, revealing the lane prepacking along the roadway surrounding rock mechanical characteristics of the air to leave, and puts forward 3 kinds of filling schemes through numerical simulation and analysis on the shear stress and displacement of surrounding rock stability retaining effect rock, the gob maximum shear stress concentration in the left lane above the roadway, the strength of the filling body should not be too large, should be flexible the conclusion. Finally, through the comparison of the 3 simulation schemes, the filling scheme of filling width 2 m and filling width 2 m and filling strength 20 MPa is determined.
