摘要
基于蒋家河煤矿低透气性易自燃厚煤层综放工作面瓦斯治理难题,建立了"本煤层抽采+高位岩石钻孔抽采+采空区埋管抽采+适时调控工作面风量"的时空立体瓦斯治理体系,通过"两堵一注"封孔工艺、液态CO_2相变致裂增透等关键技术,提高了瓦斯抽采效果;工作面建立以"自然发火监测预报+采空区筛管连续注氮+两隅角封堵防漏风+加强顶煤回收+黄泥灌浆"为主,以注高分子胶体、喷洒阻化剂为辅的综合防灭火措施,取得了明显的效果。
Based on the difficulty in the gas control in fully mechanized caving faces of thick coal seam inclined to spontaneous combustion in Jiangjiahe coal mine, establishes thethree-dimensional space- time gas control system of "exhausting and mining the mining-coal bed +exhausting and mining by drilling high rocks+exhausting and mining through pipe laying in goaf+timely regulating air quantity in the working face", and by virtue of the hole-sealing technology of "blocking walls and space and grouting", phase change, cracking and anti-reflection of liquid CO2, the effect of exhausting and mining gas is thus enhanced; the working face is mainly based on "spontaneous combustion monitoring and prediction+continuous nitrogen injection to screen pipes in goaf+blocking two corners to prevent air leakage +improving the recycle of top coals +slurry grouting", and also relies on injecting polymer colloids and spraying stopping agents as auxiliary measures. The comPrehensive fire preventing and extinguishing measures have achieved remarkable results.
