ANSYS/LS-DYNA Simulation Analysis of Rock with Cutting Characteristics

摘要 通过利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA进行截齿直线截割岩石数值仿真,得到截齿受力曲线,计算出截齿平均峰值作用力,并进行仿真结果与实验结果、Goktan理论结果的线性相关计算。结果表明,计算获得的线性相关系数分别为0.95、0.826,并且显著性远小于0.05,这表明数值模型的选取是可靠的;并利用相同数值模型进行截齿截割具有锯切特征岩石数值仿真,结果表明平均峰值作用力远小于截齿直线截割的平均峰值作用力,并且随着截割厚度和岩石硬度的增加,差值更加明显,这为硬岩开采提供了一种新的思路。 Numerical simulation of cutting straight cutting rock by using ANSYS/LS-DYNA, get the force curve of the cutter through the simulation analysis and calculated the average peak force . The simulation results and experimental results,simulation results and Goktan theory results are analysised by regress. The result show that the linear correlation coefficients obtained from the analysis are 0.95, 0.826 and the significance is far less than 0.05, it is proved that the numerical model is reliable. And numerical simulation of cutting cutting with cutting characteristics by using the same numerical model. The results show that the average peak force is much smaller than the straight line cutting picks, and with the increase of cutting thickness and hardness of rock, the difference is more obvious, which provides a new way for hard rock mining.
