摘要 针对目前采煤机状态监测均是有线方式存在一定的局限性、成本高及很难满足采煤机的监测要求等缺点,研究设计了无线传感技术的采煤机监测系统。提出了系统的整体方案,对该系统的软硬件进行了设计。最后进行了数据采集、数据传输以及网络的信号强度、传输距离等模块测试实现,验证了该系统的可行性,达到了预期目标。 Aiming at the shortcomings of the present situation of coal seam condition momtorlng, there are some limitations of wired way, high cost and difficult to meet the monitoring requirements of shearer, and the design of the shearer monitoring system with wireless sensor technology is designed and researched. The overall scheme of the system is put system are designed. Finally, the data acquisition, transmission distance of the network are realized. The forward, and the hardware and software of the data transmission and signal strength and feasibility of the system is verified and the expected target is achieved.
