摘要
针对MG200/446-WD1系列采煤机在使用过程中出现的牵引容易过载、适应的最大采高较小、六轴大端盖上冷却水道焊缝易开裂及金属扁平电缆夹板易互相刮擦等问题,分别进行了改进设计。改进后的MG200/446-WD1系列采煤机,适应性更强,应用前景更加光明。
In view of some questions appearing in the using process of MG200/446-WD1 shearer, such as traction easy to overload, the maximum mining height smaller, the cooling water channel weld easy to crack, metal flat cable plywood easy to scratch each other and so on, improved design was carried out. The improved MG200/446-WD1 shearer has more adaptable and bright prospects for application.
