摘要
研究将信息融合技术与DSP技术应用到采煤机摇臂齿轮箱实时在线远程故障诊断系统中。首先搭建出系统所需的硬件平台及驱动设备,通过分析摇臂齿轮箱几种常见的故障类型和所产生的信号特征,开发出DSP故障诊断程序及ZigBee无线通信模块程序,以实现故障的实时在线诊断和远距离传输功能。最后对DSP系统中的FFT功率谱和BP神经网络模块进行测试,结果表明该系统能够快速检测出故障并将其传输到控制中心。
Studies the application of information fusion technology and DSP technology to the real-time remote fault diagnosis system of rocker arm gear box. Firstly, the hardware platform and the driving equipment needed by the system are built. By analyzing several common fault types and the generated signal characteristics of the rocker gear box, the DSP fault diagnosis program and the ZigBee wireless communication module program are developed to realize the real-online diagnostics and remote transmission. Finally, the FFT power spectrum and BP neural network module in the DSP system are tested. The result shows that the system can detect the fault quickly and transmit it to the control center.
