多级带式输送机提速增效技术研究及应用

Research and Application of Speed Increasing and Efficiency Increasing Technology of Belt Conveyor

针对多级带式输送机运力不能满足实际生产需要的问题,介绍了一种提速增效方法。提高了范各庄煤矿3-2带式输送机运输能力,对2部带式输送机进行改造,给出了针对带式输送机提高运输能力的技术改造以及设计验算方法。解决了常规更换带式输送机存在的费用高、施工难度大、周期长等问题,对于煤矿降本增效具有重要意义。

In view of the problem that the capacity of multistage belt conveyor can not meet the actual production needs, a method of increasing speed and increasing efficiency is introduced. Improved 3-2 belt transport capacity in Fangezhuang coal mine, the transformation of the two belt, are proposed for technical transformation belt to improve transport capacity and design calculation method. It solves the problems of high cost, difficult construction and long cycle of the conventional replacement conveyor, which is of great significance to reduce the cost and increase efficiency of the coal mine.
