摘要
介绍了李家塔煤矿井下块煤分选系统建设的必要性和可行性,分析了煤质资料的选取和调整依据、筛分试验资料、浮沉试验资料,结果表明高密度排矸时毛煤可选性为易选。根据煤质、工业用途和目标市场等,确定了矸石用于井下充填,原煤提升至地面进一步加工,对井下块煤分选系统的分选粒级和选煤方法进行了比较。结合井下块煤分选的特点进行了主要工艺设备选型和工艺布置。
Introduces the necessity and feasibility of Lijiata coal mine lump coal separation system construction, analyze the quality data selected and adjusted basis, screening data, sink and flow date' and test data, the results showed that the coal is easy to separated from reject when the separation is high. The reject is used to fill the underground according to the coal quality, industrial use and target market, raw coal is suitable for further processing. Compared lump coal separation particle and preparation method. According to the characteristics of underground lump coal separation done the equipment type selection work and technological layout.
