摘要 白云鄂博富钾板岩含有钾长石,可用于化肥、陶瓷等行业。但钾长石与磁铁矿、石英等矿物共伴生,嵌布粒度细,比较难选。在富钾板岩工艺矿物学分析的基础上,采用"弱磁选-强磁选"工艺对富钾板岩进行磁选除铁实验研究,考查了不同磨矿粒度、磁场强度对磁选指标的影响。 Bayan Obo K-rich slate contains fertilizer, ceramic industry. However, the potash feldspar, which is mainly used for chemical potash feldspar in the K-rich slate is accompanied by the magnetite, quartz and other mines, with characteristics of fine mineral, belongs to refractory ore. Based on the process mineralogy of K-rich slate, the experiment of removing iron from the samples of K-rich slate was carried out by the technology of low intensity-high intensity magnetic separation, and the influences of grinding grain size, magnetic field intensity on magnetic separation index were studied.
