摘要 为了研究露天煤矿卡车运输路面固化剂需要达到的技术指标,实现卡车运输环节的减尘抑尘,在神华哈尔乌素露天煤矿端帮做了卡车在空载满载2种条件下的对地比压监测实验。主要结论:卡车在运行状态下最大的对地比压值1.8 MPa,出现在满载状态下后轮接地处,若采用加固路面强度的方式来实现卡车抑尘,路面强度需要达到1.8 MPa;路面0~5 cm深度内,空载时平稳层深度5~15 cm,15 cm深度以下卡车影响极速衰减,而满载时平稳层深度5~20 cm,路面平稳层强度需达到1.4 MPa。固化剂在路面施工需要建设5~20 cm的平稳层和0~5 cm的路面胶结层,且两层均达到强度要求才能达到良好的路面固化效果,实现卡车运输环节减尘抑尘的目的。 In order to study the pavement curing agent need to meet the technical indicators, so as to realize the truck transport links to reduce dust and dust, Shenhua in Haerwusu open-pit coal mine in the end for the truck under the condition of no-load full load pressure monitoring experiment. The main conclusions: the biggest truck in the operation condition of 1.8 MPa value than the pressure in full load condition of rear earth position. If the reinforced pavement strength to realize the truck dust, pavement strength reached 1.8 MPa. Road 0-5 cm depth range, the smooth depth of the load when the depth of the 5-15 cm, 15 cm depth of the following trucks affect the speed decay, while the load of the stable layer depth of 5-20 cm, the road smooth layer intensity to reach 1.4 MPa. Curing agent in the road construction needs to build a smooth layer of 5-20 cm and 0-5 cm of the road cement layer, only two of the strength required to achieve a good pavement curing effect, to achieve the truck transport links to reduce dust and dust suppression.
