摘要
煤炭行业正面临复杂的内外部环境,为降低经营风险,许多煤炭企业选择了多元化经营。选取了我国沪深两市25家煤炭业上市公司作为样本,实证分析我国煤炭企业多元化经营与绩效的相关性。
The coal industry is facing a complex internal and external environment. To reduce the operating risk, many coal companies have chosen to diversification. Selects 25 listed companies in China＇ s Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets as samples to empirically analyze the correlation between diversification and performance, which supporting the diversification discount hypothesis.
