固精麦斯哈片联合天然维生素E治疗特发性弱精子症的临床研究

Gujing Maisiha Tablets combined with natural vitamin E for the treatment of idiopathic asthenospermia

目的:研究固精麦斯哈片联合天然维生素E治疗特发性弱精子症的临床效果。方法:纳入2015年1月至2016年1月门诊135例弱精子症患者。随机分为两组,治疗组患者72例,年龄22~44岁,平均年龄33.6岁;对照组患者63例,年龄21~43岁,平均年龄32.8岁。治疗组服用固精麦斯哈片(每次6片,每日2次)和天然维生素E(每次100 mg,每日2次),对照组服用天然维生素E(每次100 mg,每日2次),连续服用30 d为1个疗程,总共3个疗程。治疗前及治疗90 d后通过对精子总活力(PR+NP)、精子前向运动率(PR)和配偶妊娠情况比较,评估其临床有效性。结果:治疗组和对照组在治疗前,精液中PR+NP、PR分别为(25.23±5.57)%和(17.53±5.78)%、(26.05±6.77)%和(15.11±6.55)%,数据无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗90 d后精液中PR+NP、PR分别为(48.73±8.66)%、(32.77±6.04)%,与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗90 d后精液中PR+NP、PR分别为(36.54±8.09)%、(26.99±6.87)%,与治疗前比较同样具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但是治疗组精液中PR+NP、PR改善明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床疗效上,治疗组总有效率(73.85%)明显高于对照组(54.55%),两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在整个治疗过程中,两组均无不良反应。结论:固精麦斯哈片联合天然维生素E用药对不明原因弱精子症有较好的临床效果。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Gujing Maisiha Tablets combined with natural vita- min E in the treatment of idiopathic asthenospeImia. Methods ： This study included 135 outpatients with idiopathic asthenospermia re- ceived in our hospital from February 2015 to January 2016. We randomly divided them into a treatment group （n = 65, aged 22 -44 [ mean 32.8 ] yr） and a control group （n = 55, aged 21 -43 [ mean 33.7 ] yr） to be treated with Gujing Maisiha Tablets combined with natural vitamin E or natural vitamin E only, both for 90 days. Vie obtained total sperm motility and the percentage of progressively motile sperm （PMS） from the patients before and after medication and evaluated the clinical effects by comparing the collected parame- ters and pregnancy rates between the two groups. Results： The baseline total sperm motility and PMS were （25.23 ± 5.57）% and （17.53 ± 5.78）% in the treatment group, with no statistically significant differences from （26.05 ± 6.77 ）% and （15.11 ± 6.55 ） % in the control （ P 〉 0.05 ）. After 90 days of medication, both the treatment and the control groups showed remarkable increa- ses in total sperm motility（148.73 ± 8. 661% and [36.54 ± 8. 091%,P 〈0.05） andPMS（[32.77 ± 6. 041% and [26.99 ±6.87 ] %, P 〈 0.05 ）. However, both total sperm motility and PMS were significantly higher in the treatment than in the control group after medication （P 〈 0. 05 ） , and so was the total rate of clinical effectiveness （73.85% vs 54.55% , P 〈 0.05）. No adverse reac- tions were observed in either of the two groups during the treatment. Conclusion ： Gujing Maisiha Tablets combined with natural vita- min E is safe and effective for the treatment of idiopathic asthenospermia.
