论坚持“以人民为中心”和“以经济建设为中心”两个指导方针的一致性

On the Consistency of Uphold the Two Guiding Principles of “People Centered” and “Economic Construction Centered”

以人民为中心的发展思想和以经济建设为中心的发展任务都是中国特色社会主义思想不可或缺的重要内容。二者在历史的发展中一脉相承,均体现着唯物史观的根本观点,在马克思主义政治经济学中是目的和手段的关系,因此具有本质上的一致性。只有从历史和现实、理论和实践的结合上进行思考,才能正确认识"以人民为中心"和"以经济建设为中心"的关系,把握二者本质上的一致性。而在中国特色社会主义发展的新阶段,继续"牢牢把握我国发展的阶段性特征,牢牢把握人民群众对美好生活的向往",恰恰需要从这两个"中心"本质一致性的准确把握出发。

People centered development ideology and economic construction centered development task are all indispensable and important contents of the inherit in the same strain in the development thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics. Both of them of history, all embody the fundamental viewpoints of historical materialism and are the purpose and means in Marxist political economy, so they are essentially consistent. On- ly by considering the combination of history and reality, theory and practice can we correctly understand the relationship between ＂people centered＂ and ＂economic construction centered＂ and grasp the essential consis- tency between the two. And in the new stage of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, it is necessary to accurately grasp the essential consistency of these two ＂centered＂ to continue to ＂firmly grasp the stage characteristics of China＇s development＂ and ＂firmly grasp the aspirations of the people to live a better life＂.
