摘要
京津冀口岸发展是基于京津冀协同发展背景下的协同发展,京津冀三地口岸为京津冀口岸一体化发展的三个子系统,相互影响、协同发展,符合耦合协同理论的基本条件范畴,可运用耦合协同理论进行模型测算,实证分析其协同发展程度。通过构建指标体系、熵值法确定权重、地区口岸发展测评、建立模型测算,实证分析京津冀口岸发展耦合协同度,发现京津冀地区经济及外贸发展、相关支撑产业投资对口岸发展影响较大,京津冀地区口岸发展相互影响较大且耦合度较高,但京津冀地区口岸协同发展并未处于优良协同状态,仍需进一步统筹规划以实现合作共赢。
The development of Beijing- Tianjin- Hebei ports are based on the background of Beijing- Tianjin- Hebei regional cooperative development. The ports located in Beijing, Tiaujin and Hebei are the three subsystems of the integrated development of the Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei ports. They interact with each other and develop synergistically with each other. They are in line with the basic conditions of the coupling synergy theory. The coupling synergy theory can be used to calculate the model and analyze the degree of syn- ergetic development. Through the construction of index system, entropy method to determine the weight, the evaluation of the regional port development, establishing model to estimate the coupling degree of Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei regional ports development, it is found that the economic development in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei and the investment in supporting industries have a greater impact on the development of the ports. And the cross- boundary development in the Beijing -Tianjin -Hebei region has a great influence on each other and the coupling degree is relatively high. However, the coordinated development of the ports in Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei region is not yet in an excellent state of coordination and further coordination planning is still needed to achieve a win -win cooperation.
