长江中游城市群是经济新常态下推动长江经济带发展的核心引擎区。长江中游城市群建设已步入快车道,但仍存在行政边界刚性约束、合作机制不健全、产业同质化、管理松散化、屏障脆弱等问题,影响城市群的协调发展。应采取突破行政壁垒、健全区域合作机制、推进产业秩序优化、构建综合交通体系、建设信息共享平台、创新生态保护机制及倡导绿色生活方式等多重举措,为长江经济带向纵深发展奠定基础。

The city cluster along the middle reaches of the Yangtze River are the core engine areas for promoting the development of the Yangtze River economic belt under the new normal economic conditions. The construction of the city cluster along the middle reaches of the Yangtze River has entered a fast lane, but there are still some problems such as the rigidity of the administrative boundary, the imperfect cooperation mechanism, the homogenization of industries, the loose management and the fragile barrier to affect the coordinated development of city cluster. Several measures such as breaking administrative barriers, operation mechanisms, promoting industrial order optimization, building an integrated perfecting regional co- transportation system, building an information sharing platform, innovating ecological protection mechanisms and advocating a green lifestyle should be taken as the basis for further development of the Yangtze River economic belt.
