Expert consensus on nursing care of patients undergoing intra-aortic balloon pump counterpulsation after coronary artery bypass grafting

目的形成冠状动脉旁路移植术后置入主动脉内球囊反搏的护理专家共识。方法查阅国内外文献并与关键知情人访谈,针对护理的关键问题"设计专家函询表,通过2轮德尔斐专家函询和专家会议,结合客观证据和专家意见,对各条目进行调整、修改并设置权重。结果专家对护理的6个方面共61个条目达成共识。结论建立冠状动脉旁路移植术后置入主动脉内球囊反搏的护理专家共识,可为临床护理提供一定的参考。

Objective To provide nursing standard for the placement of intra-aortic balloon pump counterpulsation after coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods Literatures at home and abroad were retrieved and key informant interviews were conducted. Expert Delphi mail questionnaire was developed according to the key issues of nursing care. Using 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation and expert meeting,each item was revised and adjusted combined with the objective evidence and expert opinion. After setting the weight. Results Experts agreed on 61 items under 6 dimensions of nursing care. Conclusion The clinical practice of nursing care of patients undergoing intra-aortic balloon pump counterpulsation after coronary artery bypass grafting has been preliminarily established, which will provide references for clinical nursing.
