高职院校思政课教师与辅导员融合的优势探究

On Advantages of Fusion of Ideological and Political Course Teachers and Counselors

思政教师和辅导员是高职院校思想政治工作队伍的重要组成部分,是思想教育工作的两支骨干力量。但由于长期的分制,导致前者理论深度有余而了解学生不足、后者强于事务管理而疏于理论功底。全过程、全方位育人的"大思政"教育理念,要求思政教师和辅导员这两支队伍深度融合,打造思想政治教育资源新平台,以便实现对学生的有效管理。

The ideological and political course teachers and the counselors are important parts of ideological and political work team, and are the two backbone of ideological education work. But because of long-term separate government, the ideological and political course teachers are better at theory than at understanding students, while the counselors are better at affair management than at theory. The ＂big ideological and politial education＂ philosophy needs to deeply integrate teachers and counselors, build a new platform of ideological and political education resources, in order to achieve the effective management to the student.
