弥漫性子宫平滑肌瘤病1例报道并文献复习

A case report of diffuse uterine leiomyomatosis and review of the literature

弥漫性子宫平滑肌瘤病是子宫肌瘤的一种特殊生长方式,属于良性病变,较罕见,病因不明。患者均为育龄女性,临床症状为经量增多、腹痛、盆腔压迫等,常合并不孕。术前诊断困难,常被误诊为多发性子宫肌瘤。治疗以手术为主,对于有生育要求的患者应制定个体化治疗方案。本文报道1例弥漫性子宫平滑肌瘤病患者的手术治疗过程,同时回顾该疾病的诊治进展。

Diffuse uterine leiomyomatosis （DUL） is a special way of growth in uterine fibroids, relatively rare. DUL is a benign disease, the etiology of which is not completely understood. Initial symptoms usually are menorrhagia, abdominal pain, pelvic pressure, and infertility. DUL was always diagnosed as multiple uterine fibroids. Surgery is the main method, and individualized treatment is for patients with fertility requirements. This article reports a case with DUL and review of the literature.
