富氮控氧法对3种虫态烟草甲杀灭效果 被引量:13

摘要 富氮控氧法是一种环保、高效的新型烟叶养护方法,该方法通过充氮气方式调节贮烟密闭空间内的氧气浓度,从而实现杀灭烟虫和烟叶养护的目的。为探明富氮控氧法对烟草甲的控制效果,对烟叶养护过程中不同低氧浓度对卵、幼虫和成虫3种不同虫态烟草甲的致死效果运用Probit法进行了分析。结果表明,富氮控氧法杀灭3种不同虫态烟草甲所需时间均大大短于化学气调法;1.5%~2%低氧浓度环境对3种虫态烟草甲综合致死效果较好。富氮控氧法在烟叶养护过程中能够有效杀灭烟草甲。 The new technology which modified oxygen concentration of an enclosed space by nitrogen was safe and effective for tobacco storage. Eggs, larva, and adults of Lasioderma serricorne were exposed in different lowoxygen environment, and Probit analysis was used to determine the LT99 values. The results indicated that thetime to reach LT99 of eggs, larvae and adults of L. serricorne in low oxygen environment produced by nitrogengenerating equipment were much shorter than that in low oxygen environment produced by chemical method.Generally, low oxygen concentration between 1.5% and 2% was more effective to control eggs, larvae andadults of L. serricorne. The low oxygen environment produced by nitrogen could kill L. serricorne effectively during tobacco storage.
