锈蚀钢筋高强再生混凝土梁抗弯性能试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究不同再生粗骨料取代率对锈蚀钢筋高强再生混凝土梁抗弯性能的影响,采用电化学腐蚀法获得4个钢筋锈蚀率为5%的试件,并进行抗弯性能试验。试验采用单向重复加载,研究了不同再生粗骨料取代率对锈蚀钢筋高强再生混凝土梁的破坏特征、混凝土应变、耗能及承载力的影响。研究表明:在低锈蚀率下,锈蚀钢筋高强再生混凝土梁正截面受力过程与再生粗骨料取代率无关;极限承载力随着再生粗骨料取代率的增加而稍有降低;再生粗骨料33%取代时,其耗能能力变化不大,再生粗骨料66%和100%取代时,其耗能能力随再生粗骨料取代率的增大而减小。在长期氯盐及其它有害腐蚀环境中,不宜采用100%再生粗骨料取代,且再生粗骨料取代率宜控制在30%左右。 To investigate the influences of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rates on the flexural properties of corroded reinforced high-strength recycled concrete beams, four specimens with corrosion rate of 5%were obtained by using the electrochemical corrosion method, and the bending performance test was carried out.The effects of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rates on their failure characteristics, concrete strain, energy dissipation and load bearing capacity were investigated by unidirectional repeated loading. The results showed that the loading process of the cross section of corroded reinforced high-strength recycled concrete beams with low corrosion rate was irrelevant to recycled coarse aggregate replacement rates; the ultimate bearing capacity slightly decreases with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate;under recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate of 33%,the energy dissipation capacity shows little change,under recycled coarse aggregate replacement rates 66% and 100%,the energy dissipation capacity decreases with the increase of recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate. The recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate of 100% is unfavorable when exposed to chlorine salt and corrosion-oriented environment for long time and the rate should be controlled around 30%.
