摘要 新能源接入弱交流系统存在引起次同步振荡的风险,如何有效的基于广域监测信息对次同步/超同步振荡分量的传播路径进行准确定位是解决次同步振荡问题进一步扩散的关键问题之一。提出了一种精确辨识电网次同步振荡信息,基于广域信息准确定位传播路径的分析方法。首先,设计了自适应频率变化的梳状滤波器组获取精确的高信噪比的振荡模式信号;其次,通过广域信息系统统一时间坐标系下各个节点振荡特征信息,形成不同振荡模式的传播路径集合;然后,通过传播路径近区关联火电机组的固有参数的分析,对传播的风险做出定性评估;最后,基于现场实测的数据,对分析方法的有效性进行验证。 The new energy access to a weak AC system may cause sub-synchronous oscillation, how to effectively carry out the accurate positioning of the spread path of sub-synchronous or sup-synchronous oscillation via wide area monitoring based on information is one of the key problems to solve the problem of the further spread of sub-synchronous oscillation. An accurate identification method of sub-synchronous oscillation information based on wide area information is proposed. Firstly, an adaptive frequency changing comb filter is designed to gain oscillation mode accurate signals with high signal-to-noise ratio. Secondly, by comparing the oscillation characteristic information of each node in the wide area information system, a set of propagation paths of different oscillating modes are formed.Then, through the analysis of the propagation path of inherent parameters near the association unit, qualitative evaluation is made for the risk of spread. Finally, based on the measured data, the validity of the analytical method is verified.
