摘要 劳动关系作为一种交换关系,体现的应该是劳动关系中作为主体一方的劳动者与作为另一方主体的劳动力使用者之间的平等关系。马克思是第一位从质的方面深刻揭示资本主义社会的资本与劳动利益关系,并初步建立了较为完整的利益共享理论的经济学家。西方经济学对利益共享也有大量相关研究,在20世纪70年代形成了系统的分享经济理论。西方学者对于劳资利益关系的研究更注重实证和应用性的分析,并未站在马克思主义立场上对其本质进行研究。当今中国社会不和谐因素大量地集中在劳动关系问题上,劳资矛盾和冲突日益加剧,而劳资冲突与利益失衡直接相关。因此,构建和谐社会必须明确和谐劳动关系的基点。 As a kind of exchange relation, working relation reflects the equal relation between workers as subjects and employers of labor as another subject. Marx is the first economist to reveal relation between capital and labor interest in capital society from their nature, and establishes initially a relatively complete interest sharing theory. A lot of studies have been made about interest sharing by western scholars, especially the for- mation of systematic theory of sharing interest in 1970s. Western scholars pay more attention to empirical and practical analysis in the study, but not from Marxist stand to study its nature. Nowadays, many inharmonious factors gather around the issue of working relation, the conflict of working relation is grave and this conflict is related directly to imbalance of interest. Therefore, the basic harmonious relation in labor is the key to con- structing a harmonious society.
