摘要
地方新升本科院校辅导员因职业自信不足和职业本身吸引力不强造成该类院校辅导员流失现象凸显。增强职业自信、适时开展职业能力培训、逐步提高待遇、立德树人、增强职业幸福感理应成为减少地方新升本科院校辅导员流失的主要策略。
In local newly-upgraded universities, because of the lack of professional self-confidence and attractiveness, the counselors' loss are obvious. The main strategies for local universities counselors' loss should be to enhance self-confidence, timely carry out the occupation ability training, gradually improve the salary and enhance the well-being.
