高校实施学分制存在的问题及管理对策

Analysis on the Problem and Countermeasures of Implementing Credit System in Chinese Colleges and Universities

高校学分制有别于学年制,是近年来许多高校实现人才培养教育质量提高的新举措。中国经济社会的发展和文化进步为高校实施学分制提供了物质基础,也为高校人才的培养提出了新要求。同时,中国高等教育的大发展和中国学生的特点变化都需要学分制的普及和推行。但当前高校在实施学分制的过程中存在一些不可忽视的问题,值得认真剖析,采取相应对策,建构起与学分制相配套的教育理念和管理制度。

Credit system is a teaching administration system which differs from scholastic year system, which contributes to changing the mode of talent training and promotes the quality of talents. Economic improvement and cultural progress in China have furnished the foundation of implementing credit system, at the same time, requiring colleges and universities to improve the quality of talents. There areve other reasons to execute credit system, such as the great development of China＇s higher education, and the changes in Chinese college students＇ characteristics. However, there are some problems in the process of implementing credit system, which we should pay more attention. After analyzing the problems, this paper attempts to construct some useful educational conceptions and management institutions in relation to credit system.
