摘要
通过对党家河煤矿瓦斯抽采的研究,提出了对于采煤工作面进行预抽,采用在回风顺槽和辅助运输顺槽钻孔预抽的方法,对于煤巷掘进面边掘边抽,采空区瓦斯抽采采用高位抽采巷抽采裂隙带瓦斯和上隅角埋管抽采的方法。并通过对钻场布置,钻孔的孔径、钻孔间距等参数的有效控制,以及提高瓦斯钻场封孔的质量和抽采系统良好地运行,可以保证瓦斯抽采量达到设计标准。生产中平衡采、掘、抽三者的关系,保证抽采工程接替合理,矿井瓦斯治理能取得较好的效果,确保矿井安全、高效生产。
By taking Dangjiahe coal mine gas extraction case study, put forward for the pre pumping coal face,the air trough and auxiliary transport along the drainage groove, the driving face of coal roadway driving while pumping, goaf gas drainage with high drainage roadway of fractured zone and the upper corner gas pipe drainage method. Based on the drilling field layout, effectively control the drilling hole diameter, hole spacing and other parameters, and improve the quality of gas drilling hole sealing and drainage system can ensure good operation, production reached design standard for gas drainage. In production, the relations between three mining, pumping and pumping are assured, and the mining project is replaced reasonably. The mine gas control has achieved better results and can ensure the safety and efficient production of the mine.
