摘要
介绍了矿用无轨胶轮车产品检验信息化数据采集解决方案的研究过程,着重解决了产品检验过程复杂中的跨学科、多仪器、不确定场所环境等不利于过程信息化的问题,研究了适合产品检验的可操作解决方案,并且配套设计了可以与实验室LIMS系统对接的PC电脑和移动手持PAD设备的专用数据采集软件和存储数据库。对整个系统进行了测试,针对某批次样品废气成分检验的结果进行分析,通过数据处理技术得到了批次样品废气成分结果的曲线图,经过对比从检验合格的产品中发现了存在安全质量隐患的车辆型号,排除了问题。
Introducing the research process of mine trackless product inspection information data acquisition solutions,focusing on solving the cross discipline and the product inspection process in the complex and uncertain environment,the instrument is not conducive to the process of informatization,studies the operational solutions for the product inspection,and supporting design can with the LIMS PC computer laboratory docking system and mobile handheld PAD devices for data acquisition software and database storage. The whole system is tested,according to the analysis of a batch sample gas composition test results,the curve of batches of samples obtained by the composition of the waste gas data processing technology,through the comparison of vehicle safety problems found quality problems from the examination of qualified products, excluding the problem.
