摘要
简述了碳纤维复合材料(简称CFRP)的制备工艺以及主要缺陷类型,介绍了红外热波检测、涡流检测、超声波检测、声发射检测、X射线检测等几种常见无损检测方法对其探伤效果的研究进展。分析对比了各种检测方法的优点和不足,对碳纤维复合材料定性和定量的检测进行了探讨。
The preparation technology and the main defects of carbon fiber reinforced plastics are introduced. The research progress of several common non-destructive methods, such as infrared heat wave detection,eddy current testing, ultrasonic detection,acoustic emission detection and X-ray detection,is introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of various methods were compared and analyzed, and the qualitative and quantitative detection of carbon fiber reinforced plastics was discussed.
