摘要
在液压支架立柱卡箍制作环节,针对卡箍弧度大于180°进行分析,对以往采用的2种方法进行简单介绍,指出其存在的不足。通过合理设计一新型工装,对其结构、关键位置设计要求及创新点进行阐述。利用该工装进行作业,能够实现卡箍压制一次成型,达到保证质量提高工效的目的。
In the hydraulic support column clamp production link, in view of the clamp radian is greater than 180° is analyzed, the using of a brief introduction to the two methods, points out the shortage of its existence. The structure, key position design requirements and innovation points are expounded by designing a new type of tooling. The work can be used to realize the control of the clamp on a single molding to achieve the purpose of improving efficiency.
