摘要
针对某公司生产的PCL系列立轴冲击式破碎机电机轴发生断裂的问题,通过宏观低倍分析、金相分析、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、扫描电镜分析等试验,对电机轴断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,电机轴断裂为低周疲劳断裂,其产生原因为未按照规定进行调质热处理,致使材料强度不足。
Failure analysis of a motor shaft has been carried out, in the PCL series vertical shaft impact crusher which was produced by a company. Macroscopic low-magnification analysis, metallographic analysis, chemical component analysis, mechanical performance testing, electron microscope analysis and so on were adopted. Results indicate that it was low-cycle fatigue fracture in the motor shaft, on account of insufficient strength of materials which caused by unqualified quenched-tempered heat treatment.
