摘要 随着我国计算机技术和电气控制技术的不断发展,煤矿运输逐渐自动化、信息化,煤矿运输向电机车牵引运输方向发展。因此,电机车运输系统的状况影响着煤矿生产的安全性。针对煤矿电机车运输的安全性问题,采用Q系列PLC合并CC-Link总线技术,对煤矿电机车运输系统的构建进行探究,并实现电机车运输的实时监控与自动化。该技术在电机车运输监控系统中的成功应用,不仅能够降低煤矿运输事故,还能提高运输效率。 With the development of computer technology and electrical control technology in china,coal mine well transportation automation and information technology,coal mine transportation to motor vehicle traction and transportation development. Therefore,the status of the motor vehicle transport system affects the safety of coal production. In view of the safety problem of coal mine electric locomotive transportation,using the Q series PLC combined CC-link bus technology,to explore the construction of coal mine electric locomotive transportation system, and to realize the real-time monitoring and automation of motor vehicle transportation. The successful application of this technology in the motor vehicle transportation monitoring system can not only reduce the mine well transportation accident, but also improve the transportation efficiency.
