摘要 发动机产品清洁度控制是发动机制造行业的永恒话题。众所周知,发动机的清洁度控制不良,将导致发动机初期磨损,甚至导致油路和水路循环堵塞等一系列失效,严重影响产品寿命,最终引起顾客不同程度的抱怨,损害企业形象。经过研究表明,发动机的产品结构、工艺改善、清洗设备和清洗介质、生产环境以及清洁度检测和评价等均对发动机的清洁度管理和改善有重要影响,减小清洁度危害必须基于发动机生产全流程控制的方法。 Engine product cleanliness control is the eternal topic of the engine manufacturing industry. As we all know, the engine cleanliness control is bad, which will lead to the initial wear and tear of the engine, and even lead to oil and water cycle congestion and a series of failures, seriously affecting product life, and ultimately lead to different levels of customer complaints, damage corporate image. The results show that the engine product structure, process improvement, cleaning equipment and cleaning media, production environment and cleanliness of the detection and evaluation of the engine cleanliness management and improvement have a significant impact, and reducing the cleanliness hazards must be based on the engine production process control method.
