主要讲述电子水泵在一款增程式混合动力发动机上的应用,介绍了电子水泵的选配以及布置,并且针对缩短暖机时间、降低摩擦损失以及精确控制水温三个方面进行测试,通过数据的对比分析,验证了电子水泵对发动机在降低油耗方面的贡献。
This article mainly tells the application of electronic water pump (EWP) in a range extender program. It introduees the selection and layout of electronic pump, and does some tests ahout shortening the warm-up time, reducing the friction loss and controlling the coolant temperature. Through the comparison and analysis of the test data, the contribution of electronic pump for reducing fuel consumption is verified.
