摘要
针对某船用中速柴油机冷态甩档值(曲臂差)测量结果,采用有限元仿真软件对甩档值的测量过程进行了模拟,仿真结果和实验测量结果相符。然后,对主轴承轴孔同心度与曲轴的甩档值关系进行了仿真分析,得到了主轴孔的同心度对甩档值的影响规律,并分析了安装活塞、连杆组件对甩档值的影响,为柴油机曲轴甩档值的评判提供了很好的参考。
The crankshaft deflection under cold state for a marine medium-speed engine was measured and the finite element method was applied to simulate the results. The simulation matches the experimental results. Then the relationship between main bearing spindle concentricity and the deflection was studied, and the effect of the assembly of piston and connecting rod on crankshaft deflection was analyzed, which provided a good reference for crankshaft deflection measurements.
