摘要
针对活塞在燃烧室喉口销孔方向的开裂穿孔失效随爆发压力、热负荷的提高而增加的趋势,采用有限元并结合发动机试验对椭圆形销孔进行了研究。结果表明,水平椭圆形销孔可以改善润滑降低磨损,以及提高销孔的抗疲劳开裂能力,但会较大幅度地降低燃烧室喉口部位在销孔方向的抗疲劳开裂能力;垂直半椭圆形销孔却在提高燃烧室喉口部位抗疲劳开裂能力的同时降低了销孔的抗疲劳开裂能力。
Tendency of crack and/or burnt-through at bowl rim in pin direction is increasing as the peak cylinder pressure and/or thermal load of the engine enhanced, so the reliability influence at bowl rim and pin bore when piston designed with oval shaped pin bore is studied. The results show: design of horizontal-oval shaped pin bore benefits for improvement of crack resistance at pin bore as well as wear reduction due to better pin bore lubrication, but it deteriorates the crack resistance at bowl rim in pin direction greatly in an unfavorable way. On the contrary, design of vertical-half-oval shaped pin bore shows increased crack resistance at bowl rim in pin direction and decreased crack resistance at pin bore.
