摘要 为研究不同生长年限泰山参中元素含量的变化规律,选用硝酸作为消解剂进行微波消解,分别用原子吸收光谱法和电感耦合方法对泰山参中的K、Ca、Na、Mg等4种常量元素以及Cu、Zn、Mn、Fe、Ni、Co、Cr、Cd、Pb、V、Sn等11种微量元素含量测定,对不同生长年限泰山参中的常量元素和微量元素进行比较分析。结果显示,大量元素Ca和Mg含量随着生长年限的延长不断增加,Na含量随着生长年限的延长先增加后减少,K含量随着生长年限的延长无明显变化规律,2年生中含量最高,达到20.94 g/kg。微量元素Cu、Cd、Sn的含量随着生长年限的延长表现出先增加后减少的变化规律;Zn、Mn、Ni的含量随着生长年限的延长表现出逐渐减少的变化趋势;Fe、Cr的含量随着生长年限的延长表现出先减少后增加的变化趋势;Co、Pb、V的含量随着生长年限的延长呈出"低—高—低—高"波浪状的变化规律。 The paper aims to study the change law of elements content of medicinal plant Radix Codonopsis lanceolatae of different growth years. The contents of macro-element K, Ca, Na, Mg and trace element Cu, Zn,Mn, Fe, Ni, Co, Cr, Cd, Pb, V, Sn were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and inductively coupledplasma-atomic emission spectrometry using nitric acid as digestion agent for microwave digestion. The macro-elements and trace elements of Radix Codonopsis lanceolatae of different growth years and different cultivarswere compared. The results showed that, the content of Ca and Mg increased with the growth years; the contentof Na increased first and then decreased with the growth years; the content of K had no significant change withthe growth years, and the content of K of two years plant was the highest, which was 20.94 g/kg. The content ofCu, Cd and Sn increased first and then decreased with the growth years, but the content of Fe and Cr decreasedfirst and then increased. The content of Zn, Mn and Ni showed a decreasing tendency with the growth years,and the content of Co, Pb and V showed a low-high-low-high trend with the growth years.
