当前市场经济发展和劳动力转移导致农村劳动力不足,土地抛荒严重,农业生产力下降,未来谁来种地、怎么种地已成为制约中国农村发展和社会稳定的重要因素。文章结合国内外文献,分析梳理各国农业社会化服务发展历程、组织类型,并从当前中国农业社会化服务组织的问题中展望其新型托管式农业社会化服务组织的发展趋势,为中国新时期农业结构转型和农业社会化服务提供理论参考的同时,又可以缓解农业社会矛盾,促进农村经济平稳快速发展。

The development of market economy and labor transfer lead to shortage of rural labor andagricultural productivity decline. Who and how to cultivate land in future has become an important factorrestricting the development of rural economy and the stabilization of the society. This paper combines thedomestic and foreign literature, which analyzed the development process and type of agricultural social servicein various countries, and looked forward to the development trend of the new type of managed agriculturalsocial service organizations among the problems of China＇s current agricultural social service organizations.The article provides theoretical and strategic thinking for the transformation of agricultural structure andagricultural social services in the new period of our country, to alleviate the contradictions in agriculturalsociety and accelerated the development of rural economy.
